Tear-Down Team needs to start tear down at 1pm
Welcome Team needs to be here at 9:30am, this position can be rotated with others
Water Refill Station needs to make sure water coolers/cups items are stocked throughout entire event.
Food Serving Team needs to be able to pass out food to those in line and be hospitable.
